Exploratory Research and Hypothesis in MedicineCIEM-BCM 2027 is the flagship annual meeting of the XHP Conference Series, dedicated to the fast-growing intersection of computational intelligence, engineering methodology and medicine. The conference provides a forum where machine learning, data science and systems engineering meet the real questions of basic research and clinical practice.
Over three days, the program unites keynote lectures from international leaders, peer-reviewed oral and poster presentations, award sessions and on-site technical visits to leading hospitals and research institutes in Wuhan — one of China's foremost hubs for biomedicine, optoelectronics and higher education.
Hosted by Xia & He Publishing Inc., the conference connects authors directly with the editorial boards of its peer-reviewed journal portfolio, turning presented research into published scholarship.
CIEM-BCM 2027 is organized within GREA, Xia & He Publishing's alliance linking regional research communities with international scientific networks and journals. xiahepublishing.com
Submissions are welcome across the full spectrum of computational and engineering approaches to basic and clinical medicine, including but not limited to:
Deep learning and large language models for diagnosis, prognosis and clinical decision support; trustworthy and explainable AI in healthcare.
Image reconstruction and segmentation, radiomics, digital and computational pathology, multimodal imaging analytics.
Multi-omics data integration, biomarker discovery, systems biology modeling and genomic data engineering.
Connected medical devices, wearable monitoring, hospital digital twins and engineering workflows for clinical operations.
Real-world evidence, federated learning, data governance and privacy-preserving computation for health data elements.
Computer-assisted intervention, robotic surgery, simulation-based training and software-driven therapeutic design.
CIEM-BCM 2027 invites original research articles, reviews and work-in-progress reports from academia, hospitals and industry. Submissions must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere. Every manuscript is evaluated by the International Program Committee through double-blind peer review on the basis of novelty, technical soundness and clinical or translational relevance.
CIEM-BCM 2027 is guided by an international chair board spanning leading medical schools and research centers.

One registration covers full access to all scientific sessions and conference services.
Early-bird rate applies to registrations completed before the notification of acceptance (April 2027).
Wuhan is a national hub for biomedicine, optoelectronics and higher education, home to more than 80 universities including Wuhan University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
